Bio

I've always enjoyed running from a very early age and can remember winning 50m & 75m sprints at primary school sports days and taking part in initiatives like the Ten Step athletics award. I ran for Hailsham Harriers from 11 years old right through to 19 years old, Kingston University AC (2000-2004) including racing Mo Farah (well I was in the same race, albeit more than 7 mins behind!) at Wimbledon Common in 2001, briefly Sutton & District AC (2005-2007) and now Hillingdon AC (since 2010). I particularly enjoy racing 800m on the track; I also run 5k parkruns and a variety of other distances on any surface.

On 12 Jan 2019 I completed the Country To Capital Ultramarathon (43.5 miles) - my first race above Half Marathon distance.
