Returned to competitive running again in mid-2011 at age of 43, after 25 years away from the game. Wondering why I ever stopped! I'm loving it. It's shown me just how much I can convince myself of my limitations...until I'm pushed by a race to smash my expectations. Loving the comradeship of running with others. Genuinely grateful for how my running peers have helped me to become stronger in so many ways.
