Libby is a talented young visually impaired runner who burst onto the international scene at 2006 World Champs, winning a silver in T12 200m aged just 16. Libby set personal bests in 100m heats & semi-final, but missed out on silver when officials decided her guide crossed the line before her.

In 2009 she won the Paralympic World Cup 100m gold and 200m bronze and in 2010 she retained her 100m crown in the 100m. 2011 has started even better with gold over 100m and bronze over 200m in the IPC Championships in Christchurch, New Zealand and silver over 100m and gold over 200m in the IBSA World Games in Atalya, Turkey.
